SHIPPING / RETURNS
ORDER TRACKING AND CONFIRMATION
Once your items have been ordered successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
U.S. SHIPPING
Domestic orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Due to increased volume during the busy holiday season, orders may experience a slight delay. We are a small startup and are working hard to get your order sent out with love as quickly as possible.
Once your package has left our facility and arrived safely with the shipping carrier, FORK & MELON is not responsible for delivery delays or inability to deliver your package due to address errors. For packages that have been delivered by the carrier but have not reached the recipient, please reach out to the carrier with tracking number for assistance. FORK & MELON is not responsible for stolen packages.
U.S. SHIPPING COSTS
Standard ground shipping (3-7 business days) will be charged $6.99 for all orders less than $40 before taxes and shipping. Standard ground shipping is FREE for all domestic orders of $40 or more before taxes and shipping. Order processing may take up to 2 business days once the order is placed.
Expedited shipping (2-3 business day transit) will be charged $16.99, or $26.99 for packages over 5 lbs. We will do our best to get orders placed on weekdays to ship out within 24 hours. Expedited shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders must pass through customs and may take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination. Please note that the cost of shipping when ordering your item online does not include the addition of potential taxes and other charges that may apply to your parcel. FORK & MELON is not responsible for any of these additional customs charges that may occur. For more information on what duties and taxes you may be responsible for, please check your local customs website or contact them directly before placing your order. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return your package to us, we will do our best to provide a refund or store credit, less the amount paid for shipping, but this is not guaranteed.

Shipping rates are determined at checkout. Please note additional customs charges may apply (see International Shipping details above).
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from forkandmelon.com, please email customerservice@forkandmelon.com at your earliest convenience and we will work to resolve any issue as soon as possible. We are grateful for your business and want you to love your purchase! We will always do our best to resolve any situation that arises. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email, and include a detailed description in the body of your email. A customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and in original condition, to be eligible for refund. If the return is the result of our error, we will issue a full refund, including shipping charges. Otherwise we will refund your item(s) minus shipping charges. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns. Any duties paid for international orders will not be refunded.
If you wish to return a FORK & MELON product that was purchased anywhere other than forkandmelon.com, please refer to your original retailer’s return policy for instructions on how to do so.

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal.
All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
Orders are currently only subject to sales tax in the state of California. This may change at any time and without notice.
