When will my order ship?

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and in original condition, to be eligible for a full refund. If you have any product/order issues, please reach out to us at customerservice@forkandmelon.com, and someone will respond within 1 business day. Please see our full return policy here.

To sign up, head to the product page of the product you want to auto-renew, click the "Subscribe & Save" radio button option, and check out as usual.

How do I update my Subscribe & Save schedule?

To update delivery schedule for any of your subscription items, first log into your account. Click "Manage Subscriptions", and you will then be able to update the frequency of each subscription item as desired. Is Subscribe & Save available to International customers?

Subscribe & Save is available to U.S. customers only.

I want to cancel my subscription item.

When you sign up for a subscription item on our website, you are committing to renew the item at least one time, in order to receive 15% off, free shipping, and other subscription perks. After your subscription item has been renewed at least once, you are free to cancel it at any time.

How do I sign up for FORK & MELON Rewards?

Click on the small black and white "F&M Rewards" tab at the bottom-right of your screen. Once the Rewards pop-up box appears, click the "Create Account" button in the lower-right of the pop-up box, and follow the remaining instructions. If you are on a mobile device, click anywhere inside the Rewards pop-up to prompt the "Create Account" button to appear at the bottom of the screen.

Note: if you have already purchased with us in the past, you have already started to earn points, even if you haven't signed up yet. Once you create your Rewards account (make sure to use the same email address that you have used with us in the past), you will see points for any previous purchases already waiting for you.

How do FORK & MELON Rewards work?

Can I redeem F&M Rewards for Subscription products? What about combining my Rewards with other discounts?

Rewards cannot be redeemed for Subscribe & Save products (which are already discounted). Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts at this time.

Every Subscribe & Save purchase adds towards your Rewards points balance, so if you're a Subscribe & Save customer, or and/or if you are a frequent shopper with us, your points will add up quickly to qualify you for substantial discounts.

If you'd like to redeem Rewards points for a product you already have a subscription for, use your points to place a regular order for the item, and just "skip" your next subscription (unless you want to stock up).

Are your products good for all skin types?

Yes. The formulas are gentle yet effective for all skin types to hydrate, detoxify, and restore.

Does "all skin types" include sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are made with clean ingredients and never include questionable additives (e.g. parabens, sulfates, phthalates, etc.) or irritants that many conventional brands include. Customers have seen our products improve and eliminate a variety of skin conditions including eczema and keratosis pilaris.*

Do your products contain fragrance?

Our current product line is fragrance free.

Are your products sulfate and paraben free?

Yes! FORK & MELON formulas do NOT contain:

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

All of our soap and lotion formulas are vegan, non-GMO, and cruelty free (not tested on animals). Our lip balm contains beeswax.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Our packaging (including shipping material) is minimal, refillable, recyclable, and non-BPA. We don't use disposable outer boxes to cut down on pacakaging. Our core soap and lotion bottles are glass, to reduce the amount of plastic being used, and we encourage reuse and refilling to further reduce waste. Our refills are available in 32oz and 1-gallon sizes. Our products are produced within the U.S. to reduce our shipping footprint. We strive to be as thoughtful and intentional as possible with sustainability in mind.

Where are FORK & MELON products made?

Our products are made in the USA.

Can I use SOAP AF to wash my face?

Yes. SOAP AF was originally formulated as a gentle face wash and is good for the skin on your whole body.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or nursing?

A primary goal when formulating our products is that they are safe to use while pregnant, nursing, and/or trying to conceive (it is one of the reasons why our company was first started!) We always recommend consulting a health care practitioner if you have any concerns about whether our products may be right for you.

I need a replacement dispenser pump.

If you need a replacement dispenser pump for a bottle you purchased, please contact us at customerservice@forkandmelon.com or use our contact form, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.

The cork on my glass bubble bath bottle won't stay closed.

In some cases this may happen if there is bubble bath on the inside of the glass where the cork touches, or in the case of extreme temperatures. If the bottle & cork are at room temperature, then we recommend using a cloth or tissue to quickly wipe the top inside of the glass (just the area where the cork touches) and then run the cork under water and dab it dry before inserting. It should then stay put.
