Yes! The wide-ranging properties of our star ingredient watermelon seed oil make our products excellent for dry, oily, acne-prone, aging, combination, and sensitive skin. The formulas are gentle yet effective for all skin types to hydrate, detoxify, and restore.
Yes! Our formulas are made with only clean ingredients and never include questionable additives (e.g. parabens, sulfates, phthalates, etc.) or irritants that many conventional brands include. Customers have seen our products improve and eliminate a variety of skin conditions including eczema and keratosis pilaris.*

Yes! Our wash, lotion, bubble bath, and hand sanitizer are made for both women and men. The detoxifying, healthy-skin-promoting formulas are beneficial for all skin types and genders. They have a light citrus scent that is wonderfully gender neutral/unisex, which matches our clean design aesthetic.
Any scent we use comes from natural oils so you can feel good about what's going on your skin. We never use synthetic fragrances, and we are transparent about all of the ingredients in our products. Our current products have a light citrus scent that is fresh and lovely while applying, but it doesn't linger and won't interfere with other scents.

Yes! All of our formulas are vegan, non-GMO, and cruelty free (not tested on animals).
Yes! Our packaging (including shipping material) is minimal, refillable, fully recyclable, and non-BPA. We recently introduced a new glass collection to further reduce the amount of plastic being used. We're cruelty-free (no animal testing), and all of our formulas are vegan. Yes! Our Fine Cleansing Wash is gentle and pH balanced for delicate facial skin as well as hands and body. We use it to wash our face every morning in the shower.

A primary goal when formulating our products is that they are safe to use while pregnant, nursing, and/or trying to conceive (it is one of the reasons why our company was first started - you can read more about our origin story here). We always recommend consulting a health care practitioner if you have any concerns about whether our products may be right for you.

If you need a replacement dispenser pump for a bottle you purchased, please contact us at customerservice@forkandmelon.com or use our contact form, and we'll resolve the issue promptly!
In some cases this may happen if there is bubble bath on the inside of the glass where the cork touches, or in the case of extreme temperatures. If the bottle & cork are at room temperature, then we recommend using a cloth or tissue to quickly wipe the top inside of the glass (just the area where the cork touches) and then run the cork under water and dab it dry before inserting. It should then stay put!

Yes! We want you to be confident in ordering from us and to love your items when you receive them. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and in original condition, to be eligible for a full refund.
